Democracy a demo rehashed

With the luck bode like twisted fate a faceless grimace

we would choose nonetheless democracy

to impinge upon the populace the populist play

for a while with handful of sky gleaming

though like a forgotten star yet visible to the naked eye

Democracy we would then ratify as we choice-less choose

a clue in choosing our fate but to pin the purpose

Equality is at our heart a heartened thought

But to be frivolous we choose God as guiding tot

to rule democracy- a fallacy every state follows

and in the civilian trenches maul the democracy hollow

Democracy a play

With the bent luck, if twisted fate would have us

We would choose nonetheless democracy

to opine our thoughts dear to us and play

for a while with handful of sky gleaming

though like a forgotten star yet visible to the eye

Democracy we would then ratify as we have no choice

in choosing our fate but to pin the purpose

Equality is at our heart to choose democracy

But to be frivolous we choose the God instead

to rule democracy

a fallacy every state is following

and in trenches of civilian life mauling the democracy!

The knowledge busters

Oh moon tell me of the various amorous deeds you have seen

upon the earth among the mortals who would blasphemy the love

for eve was sidelined to the life on the earth

in whose womb the man was made till the earthly flights became a boon

for the knowledge is ever seeking adventure which we persist with today

The God had banished the man

yet he seeks the knowledge of heavens as dear as it seems

Is the knowledge the pastime of Adam’s sons all through the solar days ?

Still no lessons learned, the man wants to know why are we here ?

As a prostitute’s son would mull over the Adam’s apple

the man ponders over the apple of Eden’s loam

Tell oh moon who the lovers of knowledge were

who want to stymie the noon

and become master of the race that was born out of a doom.

Lines

Begin to dance her feet on the icy cold snowy turf

and that is what love called the pain for the painless nature’s beat

Begin to talk she with her shivery voice culled lust free

and that is what art called the pain for the painless artistic heat

Then reclined she against the withered tree

and that is what life called the pain for the painless lifelong sweet

The Blue Day

I helped the day rest to a cool cadaver

of a blue skinned hue

nursed it to speak again with a quick tongue

and speak about the dilemmas and misery of the sun

belonging to a galaxy which is wide and far and not dwarf

for the sun loves to haste to collect the air miles in return

when visiting the playground of time space as near one

when the day is done to remind me the summer murmur

I am only enthused about the daring of the night

to spread out against the still born day

for the day is gone before its born and I continue to live  in a limbo

hardly having any legs, let alone the wings that the life partake

The Dreams

Let the earth be the garden of love’s fruit

and we choose the demanding devil’s flute

to bear the test of love in ringlets as we smoke

away time for in all its colorless hues

of spring and fall, and with frazzled hands

we open the pawned Guitar

to play on lease the songs of union in earthen delight

it is the earth that bears us in all we have the wingless flight.

And let us implant our feet in the earth’s loam

for it is our dreams to forge amore and love decide

A Lament

I have set eyes upon you oh and sing a Madrigal for thee

My heart bent in the shape of ethereal octagon

calls for the heart in you that’s my dish for today

and tomorrow I am gone to hunt the bucks I woo

and there I  bring for the feast of thy eyes, a sonorous meat

which like you have hunted mine reminds of love’s catastrophe

that a hunter like me would come and steal you for the world

I deem free is full of swans that alight only upon the ponds like these.
